ALBERTA TREE RESCUE

Picture
Every year in Alberta, countless native trees are crushed, mangled and mutilated to death under the wheels of industry.  Pick an Alberta industry - oil, gas, tourism, agriculture, retail, housing - they are all deadly to trees.  Ironically, trees are very rarely deadly to us. In fact, quite the contrary, trees make life on our planet not only pleasant but possible.

Founded in 2004, Alberta Tree Rescue has saved over 5,000 native trees from an untimely death, plucking them from the path of danger and relocating them to the relative saftey of yards and acreages in the Edmonton area.  From this secure vantage point, these rescued trees will continue to live and breath for another 70 years, God willing.

All we are saying is give trees a chance.
